ABOUT MATT MOORE

Before founding Chainguard, Matt was a software engineer at Google and VMware, where he worked on large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems, before leaving to co-found Chainguard to help organizations build and run secure-by-default software supply chains. Today, as Chainguard's CTO, he leads the architecture behind Chainguard’s internal software factory (“Factory 2.0”), which reently replaced a brittle, event-driven system with an AI-powered agentic framework called "DriftlessAF" that continuously reconciles and rebuilds software from source.
